Quality Assurance<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Review scanned records to ensure information is correctly assigned to the right patient and encounter<br \/> Identify and resolve discrepancies in document indexing within the system<br \/> Perform quality checks before records are finalized and made available in the system<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Systems &amp; Workflow Support<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Work within electronic health record platforms to manage and upload documents<br \/> Assist in maintaining document workflows and resolving imaging or indexing issues<br \/> Contribute to maintaining organized and compliant document management processes<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Team Collaboration &amp;
