This role will work closely with senior leadership to deliver programming, support stakeholder engagement, and help drive initiatives within a highly collaborative ecosystem.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This individual will play a key role in executing programs and events that support an entrepreneurial and research-focused community. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with senior leadership to support strategy and execution of programs within an innovation-focused ecosystem<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and execute events such as workshops, networking sessions, speaker events, and research programs<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including students, faculty, and partner organizations<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to strengthen programming and community engagement<\/li>\n<li>Track program impact and maintain reporting metrics (KPIs)<\/li>\n<li>Manage partnerships with external organizations, including startups, accelerators, and venture groups<\/li>\n<li>Maintain communication channels including newsletters, website updates, and social platforms<\/li>\n<li>Support event logistics including scheduling, catering, room setup, and onsite execution<\/li>\n<li>Manage project timelines and task tracking using project management tools<\/li>\n<li>Attend events (including evenings and occasional weekends) to ensure smooth execution<\/li>\n<li>Provide general administrative and operational support as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of administrative, program coordination, or operations experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with event planning and logistics<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with a proactive and adaptable mindset<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Interest in innovation, entrepreneurship, or academic environments is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hybrid schedule with required in-person presence and event support<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to a highly collaborative, innovation-driven environment<\/li>\n<li>Ideal for candidates with a &#8220;startup mindset&#8221;
