This is a highly visible, hands-on role focused on leading large-scale recruiting initiatives, optimizing processes, and partnering closely with senior leadership to execute against firmwide hiring priorities. This position will be instrumental in transforming recruiting operations by leveraging data and emerging technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and improve overall outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in recruiting operations and program management within complex, fast-paced environments, along with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver scalable solutions.
