This position blends traditional executive support with exposure to contracts and financial processing, offering variety and visibility across the business. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of executive support experience, and thrives within constantly shifting environments. Candidates applying must have experience with purchase order creation and life cycles along with invoice management.<\/p>\n<p>Position Details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Boston, MA<\/li>\n<li>Work Model: Hybrid<\/li>\n<li>Degree: Not Required<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities include managing complex and ever-changing calendars; coordinating domestic and international travel logistics; supporting internal and external meetings with preparation and follow-up; supporting purchase order creation and monitoring full PO lifecycle; handling invoice processing, reconciliation, and expense-related tasks; acting as a liaison across teams and external partners; and maintaining organized records while ensuring confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of executive support experience; proven ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, unpredictable environment; strong exposure to contract coordination and invoice processing; excellent organizational and prioritization skills; polished communication and stakeholder management abilities;
