This attorney will <\/strong>contribute to transactions involving <strong>small to mid\u2011sized tech and biotech companies<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Required Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>4+ years of M&amp;A experience<\/strong> in a law firm (large, mid\u2011size, or boutique).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong exposure to <strong>technology and\/or biotech transactions<\/strong> preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to integrate quickly into an active practice with minimal supervision.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Role Details<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Duration:<\/strong> Six months, with potential for conversion<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Full\u2011time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Work Model:<\/strong> <strong>Hybrid<\/strong> &#8211;
