This role will report directly to the CFO and partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Planning, and Operations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">The Accounting Manager will be a hands-on leader responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, supporting the month-end close, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP. This individual will also lead and develop a small accounting team and help improve processes to scale with the business.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Accounting Operations<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Support the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Perform account reconciliations across key areas including cash, A\/R, accruals, and other balance sheet accounts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Support general ledger activities and maintain compliance with GAAP<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Assist with fixed assets, payroll, and accrual accounting processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Contribute to financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Analyze financial data and support development of KPIs and performance metrics<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance internal controls<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Provide insights to help drive operational efficiency and financial performance<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Accounts Receivable &amp; Billing<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Oversee the accounts receivable function, including maintaining A\/R aging and monitoring collections<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Proactively reduce aged receivables through customer outreach and collection efforts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Manage full-cycle A\/R activities, including invoicing, collections, credit memos, and adjustments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Reconcile A\/R subledger to the general ledger and ensure accurate posting of transactions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Review and validate chargebacks, deductions, and customer claims<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Partner with Sales and customers to resolve discrepancies and improve cash flow<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Reconcile invoice details with fulfillment and shipping reports<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Cross-Functional Support<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including Senior Accountant and A\/R personnel<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Partner with internal teams (Sales, Planning, Operations) to support business needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or consumer products<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Experience working with ERP systems such as <strong>NetSuite<\/strong> (or equivalent)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting fundamentals<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Experience managing accounts receivable and general ledger functions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Background in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments is a plus<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Skills &amp;
