This position will support a busy pre-litigation practice handling motor vehicle accidents, premises liability matters, and some medical malpractice cases. It is ideal for a paralegal with strong pre-litigation experience who can manage a high-volume caseload and work closely with clients, medical providers, and attorneys.<\/p>\n<p>This is a fully onsite position requiring attendance in the office five days per week in Trevose, PA. Hours are flexible (8-4 or 9-5). No overtime required.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage approximately 65 pre-litigation personal injury files<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, organize, and track discovery materials, including drafting response packages and managing supporting documentation<\/li>\n<li>Open and maintain case files, ensuring records, correspondence, and matter details are accurate and current in the case management system<\/li>\n<li>Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and attorneys<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with litigation attorneys while handling exclusively pre-litigation responsibilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-5 years of pre-litigation personal injury experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with motor vehicle and premises liability cases;
