Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Must have 1+ years of experience in an IT project coordination or project management role<\/p>\n

Must have strong organizational skills and be able to keep things from falling through the cracks<\/p>\n

Must have clear written and verbal communication and be able to summarize a complex situation simply<\/p>\n

Must be comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Planner)<\/p>\n

Must have a strong willingness to learn, ask good questions, and follow through on tasks<\/p>\n

Any exposure to IT concepts (networking, cloud, endpoints, identity, application development, cybersecurity, governance, risk management) is a plus<\/p>\n

Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing\/project tools is a plus<\/p>\n

Any project management certification or coursework (PMP, CAPM, PMI-DASM, Agile, ITIL) is a plus<\/p>\n

Any experience supporting vendors or external partners on technology engagements is a plus<\/p>\n

Must have the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing track of details<\/p>\n

Must be able to interact effectively with business stakeholders, technical team members, and 3rd<\/sup> party vendors<\/p>\n

Experience planning, tracking, and coordinating IT infrastructure and security projects from initiation through closure is ideal<\/p>\n

Experience maintaining project plans, timelines, task lists, and status updates using project tracking tools is ideal<\/p>\n

Experience scheduling and facilitating project meetings, taking notes, tracking action items, and following up on deliverables is ideal<\/p>\n

Must be able to communicate project status clearly to IT leadership and stakeholders – flagging risks and blockers early<\/p>\n

Must be able to help manage project documentation including scope, decisions, change requests, and lessons learned<\/p>\n

Must be able to help 3rd<\/sup> party vendors stay accountable and on track<\/p>\n

Must be able to help prepare materials for steering meetings, project reviews, and executive briefings<\/p>\n

Must be able to maintain a portfolio view of active IT projects and provide regular status summaries to IT leadership<\/p>\n

Must be able to help build and improve project templates, checklists, and intake processes for the IT team<\/p>\n

Must be able to track budgets and resource utilization for assigned projects – flagging variances to leadership<\/p>\n
