This is a great opportunity for a sophisticated transactional attorney who enjoys high-quality work, collaborative colleagues, and a platform designed to help partners expand and deepen their practices &#8211;<strong> no portable book of business required!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>The Opportunity<\/h2>\n<p>The firm is looking for a corporate attorney with 8+ years of transactional experience to play a meaningful role in a busy, highly collaborative practice. The group represents middle-market companies, private equity funds, family businesses, entrepreneurs, and other sophisticated clients in a wide range of transactional and governance matters.<\/p>\n<p>The work includes mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, ESOP transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, complex commercial agreements, private offerings, and general corporate counseling.
