Senior Licensed Architect – Owner’s Representative \/ Construction Administration<\/strong> <\/p>\n

Must be a licensed California Architect with strong construction administration, code review, and owner’s representative experience <\/strong><\/p>\n

Looking for a highly experienced Senior Licensed Architect<\/strong> to support facility design, construction documentation, QA\/QC, and construction administration for complex built-environment projects.<\/p>\n

This role is ideal for someone who can act as an Architectural Owner’s Representative<\/strong>, ensuring projects meet design intent, code requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines from concept through construction.<\/p>\n

Must Haves:<\/strong>
13+ years of professional architecture experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program
Active Architectural License in the State of California
Strong experience preparing and reviewing architectural construction drawings and specifications
Hands-on Construction Administration experience, including site observations, RFIs, and submittal reviews
Strong knowledge of California Building Code, ADA, health codes, and CalOSHA requirements
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong>
Perform facility feasibility assessments for proposed projects across multiple building types and occupancies
Review construction documents for completeness, quality, constructability, and code compliance
Manage design development, construction drawings, and specifications in coordination with internal and external teams
Lead design reviews and ensure design intent is maintained from concept through construction
Coordinate architectural scope with civil, structural, MEP, lighting, infrastructure, graphics, and other disciplines
Serve as a liaison with city officials and external agencies to support permitting and compliance requirements
Provide technical guidance, issue resolution, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
Mentor architects and facility designers on technical standards and project execution<\/p>\n

Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong>
Experience with ACC\/BIM 360
MEP coordination experience
Master planning experience
CASp certification <\/p>\n
