This role offers high-level case responsibility, mentorship from senior partners, business-development support and competitive compensation with bonus and origination payment opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and trial support<\/li>\n<li>Draft high-quality briefs, motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda<\/li>\n<li>Conduct complex factual and legal research and prepare persuasive written and oral advocacy<\/li>\n<li>Ltigation support provided<\/li>\n<li>Participate in client meetings, strategy sessions, and settlement negotiations<\/li>\n<li>Support and pursue business development and client origination efforts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Top-tier academic and professional credentials<\/li>\n<li>Strong courtroom experience and comfort with depositions and hearings<\/li>\n<li>Excellent judgment, communication skills, and ability to handle high-stakes matters<\/li>\n<li>Bar admission in Florida <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Compensation &amp;
