Hours: 8:00-5:00, M-F. 22\/hour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Overview:<br \/> A global logistics team is seeking a detail\u2011oriented Logistics Coordinator to support inbound Ocean\/Air Import operations for Latin America. This role will focus on managing sales and transfer orders, ensuring accurate documentation across systems, and supporting inventory and bonded\u2011warehouse processes. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred due to frequent communication with LATAM partners.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and track inbound sales and transfer orders from creation through completion<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate order documentation, quantities, and status updates across multiple systems<\/li>\n<li>Support inbound Ocean\/Air Import logistics for Latin America<\/li>\n<li>Work with CBP bonded warehouse processes and ensure all requirements are met<\/li>\n<li>Perform inventory reconciliation and assist with related reporting<\/li>\n<li>Utilize SAP S4\/HANA to process and monitor orders<\/li>\n<li>Work in Excel to track data, run formulas, and support reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with internal teams and LATAM contacts to ensure smooth order flow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with inbound logistics;
