This individual will diagnose recruiting and retention challenges, interpret compensation trends, and synthesize multiple data sources to develop actionable recommendations for leadership. They will also perform advanced cost modeling and present findings to key stakeholders. The work environment is highly collaborative and business-facing within a corporate healthcare setting.
