This individual will be responsible for coordinating schedules, communicating with drivers and teams, and ensuring efficient dispatch coverage. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage real-time operational needs in a fast-paced environment. The work environment is dynamic and operations-focused, requiring strong communication and attention to detail.
