This is a fully remote role supporting a high\u2011visibility initiative with direct impact on healthcare access, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This position is ideal for someone who has <strong>deep Medicaid operational experience<\/strong> (claims, appeals, grievances, provider operations, etc.) and has <strong>transitioned into implementation work<\/strong>, bringing both subject\u2011matter expertise and project leadership to the table.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Position Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Lead full lifecycle Medicaid implementation projects, from initiation through go\u2011live and stabilization.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables using MS Project or similar PPM tools.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with business and technical teams to translate Medicaid operational requirements into actionable implementation plans.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate cross\u2011functional meetings, status updates, risk\/issue management, and stakeholder alignment.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with state Medicaid regulations, operational standards, and contractual obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Drive readiness activities including UAT, training, operational workflows, and post\u2011implementation support.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and communication across all project phases.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a subject\u2011matter liaison between business operations and implementation teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>5+ years of total Project Management experience, with a strong focus on Medicaid implementations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading full lifecycle Medicaid implementation projects, from initiation through go\u2011live and stabilization.<\/li>\n<li>Recent Medicaid implementation experience is mandatory.
