This role is responsible for converting detailed material takeoffs into accurate, fully developed quotes while supporting broader strategic initiatives tied to growth and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings strong experience in <strong>blueprint analysis, construction estimating, and takeoff processes<\/strong>, paired with analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast\u2011paced, cross\u2011functional environment.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Position Details<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time, Contract<br \/> <strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $37\/hr &#8211; $47\/hr<br \/> <strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday | Standard business hours<br \/> <strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Onsite<br \/> <strong>Start Date:<\/strong> After interview<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Takeoff &amp; Estimating<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Convert material takeoffs into complete, accurate project quotes<\/li>\n<li>Review and analyze construction drawings and plans<\/li>\n<li>Identify all required materials, quantities, and specifications<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accuracy across all estimates, including adjustments for scope gaps or discrepancies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze program performance and identify opportunities for optimization<\/li>\n<li>Work with large data sets to evaluate quoting accuracy and effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Support development of insights and recommendations based on data trends<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Project Management<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage small to mid-sized initiatives tied to quoting and takeoff processes<\/li>\n<li>Track deliverables, timelines, and project performance metrics<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize multiple workstreams to meet deadlines and business objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with sales, operations, and takeoff teams to align outputs<\/li>\n<li>Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Support strategic initiatives tied to growth and operational improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Systems &amp;
