This is a great opportunity to play a visible, high-impact role shaping programs that directly enhance member experience and engagement.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a central point of coordination for programs, initiatives, and member-facing activities<\/li>\n<li>Plan, schedule, and execute programs including events, webinars, committee meetings, and educational offerings<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams and volunteer leaders to ensure successful program delivery and alignment with organizational goals<\/li>\n<li>Manage program timelines, materials, communications, and logistics from planning through completion<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong relationships with members, sponsors, speakers, and external partners<\/li>\n<li>Track program participation, engagement, and feedback; prepare reports and recommend improvements<\/li>\n<li>Support marketing efforts by coordinating program-related content, email communications, and website updates<\/li>\n<li>Assist with budget tracking, vendor coordination, and invoice processing for programs and events<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support for committees, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking notes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a high level of member satisfaction by responding to inquiries and providing timely, professional communication<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to enhance programming and increase member engagement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of experience in program coordination, association management, event planning, or related field<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and ability to execute tasks accurately<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
