This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong litigation support experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-volume case files in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18.0pt; color: black;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18.0pt; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Manage and organize litigation files, case documents, correspondence, pleadings, discovery, records, and exhibits through trial preparation using case and document management systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Review and analyze medical records, transcripts, and case materials to prepare chronologies, summaries, case analyses, and issue outlines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Assist with discovery, evidence preparation, expert coordination, witness interviews, depositions, independent medical examinations, document production, e-discovery review, and trial support.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Conduct research and investigations using online resources, legal research platforms, public records, libraries, and other relevant sources; assist with time entry, billing support, and expense reimbursements as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18.0pt; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Qualifications<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Minimum of 2 years of experience handling Workers&#8217; Compensation matters.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Strong understanding of litigation processes, court deadlines, administrative agency rules, and case management procedures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Excellent writing, proofreading, editing, critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;
