This could be a potential full-time role. You&#8217;ll be the first point of contact for customers and sales reps- answering questions, resolving issues, entering quotes, and making every experience a positive one. This isn&#8217;t just a job; it&#8217;s a chance to build lasting relationships, grow your career, and be part of a company that values your voice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process requests from Inside Sales Accounts<\/li>\n<li>Process quotes when needed<\/li>\n<li>Customer support \/ follow up<\/li>\n<li>Work with internal stakeholders to maximize Customer satisfaction and sales<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and grow existing customer relationships and through regular contact and timely follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Outbound calling to current and prospective customers to build sales pipeline and close new business.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule Quarterly Reviews with top Customers<\/li>\n<li>Track monthly, quarterly &amp; yearly revenues<\/li>\n<li>Interact with Sales team on basic field needs<\/li>\n<li>Assist customer service team when needed<\/li>\n<li>Fill out or assist with customer required forms for company details (quality, regulatory other)<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree preferred, 2+ years customer service and\/or inside sales experience in a related field<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Financial &amp;
