This individual will play a key role in recruiting production talent while owning the candidate experience from application through onboarding.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage high-volume inbound applicants through the ATS<\/li>\n<li>Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for manufacturing and production openings<\/li>\n<li>Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers<\/li>\n<li>Create offer letters and facilitate onboarding paperwork<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and track background checks and drug screens<\/li>\n<li>Conduct candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process<\/li>\n<li>Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities<\/li>\n<li>Review walk-in and paper applications<\/li>\n<li>Partner with HR on recruiting strategies, sourcing initiatives, and social media recruiting efforts<\/li>\n<li>Deliver a professional, &#8220;white glove&#8221;
