Accounts Payable Specialists or sharp accounting grads, we could really use your help! Well, our client can. Our client, located on Swan Island, is looking to bring on an Accounts Payable (A\/P) Specialist to join their team on a temp to hire basis.<\/p>\n

As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will work alongside a close knit team helping to process:
\u25cf High volume data entry
\u25cf Managing an AP inbox across multiple locations
\u25cf Matching vendor invoices and resolving any discrepancies
\u25cf Processing check runs and EFT payments
\u25cf Reconciling vendor statements and supporting month end
\u25cf Various related A\/P duties as needed<\/p>\n

This is a great opportunity to join a stable, family owned company where people genuinely enjoy working. There is strong tenure on the team and they are looking for someone who wants to find a long term home and grow within a supportive environment. Strong performers typically convert around the six month mark.<\/p>\n

This is a fully onsite opportunity, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The office is clean and professional, and parking is available.<\/p>\n

To be considered for this position you would need:
\u25cf Some A\/P or accounting clerk experience, or an accounting degree
\u25cf Strong data entry skills and comfort in a high volume environment
\u25cf Intermediate MS Excel skills
\u25cf A positive, team oriented attitude and willingness to learn<\/p>\n

Exposure to NetSuite is a plus, but not required and is a great skill to add to your resume.<\/p>\n
