This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for guiding a small team while actively shaping and executing compensation programs across the business.<\/p>\n<p>This individual will play a key role in ensuring compensation practices remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with company objectives. Strong experience in <strong>sales compensation<\/strong> is essential, while exposure to executive compensation is highly valued.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Lead &amp; Develop a High-Performing Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and mentor a team of three senior-level compensation professionals<\/li>\n<li>Provide direction, feedback, and coaching to support team success and growth<\/li>\n<li>Promote a collaborative, results-driven team environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Drive Compensation Strategy &amp; Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the development and administration of base pay, incentive plans, and sales compensation programs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compensation programs support business goals and market competitiveness<\/li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor on compensation-related matters across the organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Strengthen Compensation Frameworks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and evolve salary structures, job frameworks, and governance practices<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data integrity and efficiency across compensation systems and processes<\/li>\n<li>Partner with HRIS and payroll to enhance reporting and technology capabilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Partner with Business Leaders<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to provide insights and recommendations on pay decisions<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform compensation strategy<\/li>\n<li>Clearly communicate compensation philosophy and program updates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Support Ongoing Improvements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to cross-functional initiatives tied to total rewards and operational improvements<\/li>\n<li>Stay current on industry trends and recommend enhancements to compensation programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required;
