A large Pittsburgh-based nonprofit is seeking a Housing Program Coordinator<\/strong> to join their team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring all participant files, documentation, and processes remain compliant with applicable housing regulations. Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients utilizing the housing program<\/p>\n

– Coordinate and manage cases, including processing vouchers, certifications, and participant transitions<\/p>\n

– Maintain accurate participant files and ensure compliance with all housing program regulations<\/p>\n

– Monitor and reconcile Housing Assistance Payments, including billing and accounts receivable<\/p>\n

– Collaborate with Finance and internal teams to ensure accurate payment tracking and reporting<\/p>\n

– Support reporting, audits, and special projects while assisting with overall program operations<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 2-3+ years of experience in housing programs, case management, or a related administrative field<\/p>\n

– Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation<\/p>\n

– Experience handling billing, reconciliations, or financial-related processes preferred<\/p>\n

– Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams<\/p>\n

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities<\/p>\n
