It oversees enterprise\u2011wide sourcing, major commercial negotiations, supplier lifecycle management, and procurement governance while partnering closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and global affiliates. This person will modernize processes, drive digital and AI\u2011enabled procurement capabilities, streamline contract workflows, and elevate vendor engagement across the firm.
