This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion when handling confidential information, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Process biweekly and semi-monthly multi-state payroll for employees.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update employee payroll records and related documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Review and verify timesheets, resolving payroll discrepancies as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, taxes, benefits deductions, and payroll-related matters.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Human Resources and Accounting to ensure payroll accuracy and data integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Manage direct deposit setup, payroll adjustments, and paper check processing.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of payroll processing experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience processing multi-state payroll.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of payroll software, preferably iSolved.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable, professional, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Education &amp;
