This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being a resource to employees, staying organized, and helping keep people, processes, and communication moving in the right direction.<\/p>\n<p>As the <strong>HR Generalist<\/strong>, you would help with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answering employee questions and providing day-to-day HR support<\/li>\n<li>Supporting onboarding, employee relations, leave administration, and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with benefits communication and employee support<\/li>\n<li>Partnering with payroll and internal teams on employee records, timekeeping, and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Updating HR policies, procedures, forms, and related documentation<\/li>\n<li>Supporting employee engagement, recognition, and internal communication<\/li>\n<li>Helping with special projects and cross-training across related HR functions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To be considered for this specific position, you would need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of HR experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and follow-through<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate Excel skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities<\/li>\n<li>A proactive, team-oriented approach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please apply!
