The firm handles a broad mix of commercial disputes, real estate and construction litigation, fiduciary and shareholder matters, and trusts and estates controversies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle matters from filing through trial in Maryland, Virginia, and D.C.<\/li>\n<li>Take and defend depositions<\/li>\n<li>Draft and argue motions<\/li>\n<li>Manage discovery and trial preparation<\/li>\n<li>Appear in court and participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations<\/li>\n<li>Work directly with clients and partners on strategy and case management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approximately 5-7 years of litigation experience (strong candidates outside this range will be considered)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent litigation fundamentals: motions practice, depositions, court appearances, discovery, and trial preparation<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of cases<\/li>\n<li>Maryland bar admission preferred; Virginia and\/or D.C. admission is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The firm is open to candidates from law firm, government, or in-house backgrounds, provided they bring strong hands-on litigation experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Selling Points<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Merit bonus eligibility beginning at <strong>1,600 billable hours<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Additional origination bonus opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Strong compensation package, commensurate with experience<\/li>\n<li>Direct partner mentorship and significant responsibility from day one<\/li>\n<li>Stable platform with a growing litigation practice and long-term advancement potential<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative, predominantly in-office culture with occasional flexibility for remote work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested candidates should submit their resume in confidence today!
