Whether you&#8217;re pursuing partnership, looking to step away from the pressures of Big Law, or seeking a long-term senior attorney role focused on deal work rather than business generation, the firm is open to different career paths.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing matters, and development transactions from inception through closing<\/li>\n<li>Work directly with sophisticated clients and take ownership of deals<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with an established team that supports a wide range of commercial real estate and business clients<\/li>\n<li>Build meaningful client relationships without the expectation of bringing a large portable book<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience representing developers, owners, lenders, investors, or closely held businesses<\/li>\n<li>Maryland bar admission preferred;
