The firm has a sophisticated practice spanning commercial real estate, business, construction, and civil litigation matters. The firm also has a small trial scheduled for early August that may settle beforehand. If the matter proceeds, the paralegal may assist with a brief trial period and will need to work onsite full-time during that time.<\/p>\n<p>This is a substantive, hands-on opportunity for a paralegal with strong Washington litigation experience who can step into an established practice and contribute quickly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Downtown Seattle, WA 98104<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work arrangement:<\/strong> Onsite initially, with the potential to transition to two remote days per week after a successful first month<\/li>\n<li>Full-time onsite presence will be required during any active trial period<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start date:<\/strong> Early August<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> Through the end of the year<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> 37.5 hours per week<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pay:<\/strong> $35 to $45 per hour, depending on experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support attorneys with commercial real estate and general litigation matters<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and draft motions, notices, subpoenas, letters, and other pleadings<\/li>\n<li>E-file in King, Pierce, and Snohomish County Superior Courts<\/li>\n<li>Handle federal court filings using PACER<\/li>\n<li>Calendar deadlines, hearings, and other key dates<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate process service requests<\/li>\n<li>Obtain court records<\/li>\n<li>Maintain electronic and paper case files<\/li>\n<li>Assist with e-discovery and preparation of privilege logs<\/li>\n<li>Handle public records requests<\/li>\n<li>Provide additional litigation and case management support as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ideal Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior litigation paralegal experience<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with King, Pierce, and Snohomish County local court rules<\/li>\n<li>Strong Washington state and federal court e-filing experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience calendaring litigation deadlines and hearings<\/li>\n<li>Strong drafting, organizational, and case management skills<\/li>\n<li>E-discovery experience;
