This individual will play a key role in evaluating space needs, developing workplace solutions, coordinating stakeholder input, and supporting office moves, consolidations, and growth-related projects.<\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic and detail-oriented professional who enjoys balancing long-term workplace planning initiatives with day-to-day project execution.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and support occupancy planning, space utilization, and workplace optimization initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate space requests and business requirements to develop practical and effective space planning solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Create occupancy plans, block plans, and restack strategies to support organizational growth, restructuring, and consolidation efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business leaders, facilities teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and drive projects through review and approval processes.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and validate occupancy, headcount, and workplace planning data.<\/li>\n<li>Support office move planning and transition activities by coordinating information and delivering approved plans to implementation teams.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare executive presentations, planning summaries, business cases, and project documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to established workplace planning standards, policies, and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by developing and maintaining consistent planning procedures and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in occupancy planning, workplace planning, corporate real estate, facilities planning, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting space planning, office restacking, move management, and workplace strategy initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of space utilization, headcount planning, and workplace planning principles.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting business priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience preparing presentations and recommendations for leadership audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working cross-functionally with facilities, workplace, real estate, project management, and business stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience within large, multi-site corporate environments.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of workplace planning software, CAFM systems, or space management tools.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CAD, Bluebeam, Tableau, or similar platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant certifications, coursework, or industry designations related to workplace planning, facilities, or corporate real estate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/YmVhY29uaGlsbGFzc29jaWF0ZXNkZW52ZXIuMDUwMDMuMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1465223_1783457898<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1465223_1783457898\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Greenwood Village, Colorado","_application":"beaconhillassociatesdenver.05003.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[171,194],"job-types":[2,16],"class_list":["post-128807","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temporary-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
