This highly visible, client-facing role combines hospitality, facilities support, employee engagement, event coordination, and workplace services. <\/p>\n<h2>Position Details<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Contract to Hire<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $23-$25\/HR<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM &#8211; 5:00 PM<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Onsite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and guest workplace inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve workplace-related requests promptly<\/li>\n<li>Welcome employees and visitors while maintaining a visible presence throughout the office<\/li>\n<li>Conduct routine workplace walkthroughs to ensure offices, conference rooms, break areas, and common spaces are fully stocked and maintained<\/li>\n<li>Support conference room scheduling and resolve booking conflicts<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and assist with workplace events and meetings<\/li>\n<li>Perform furniture resets, room setups, and event support activities<\/li>\n<li>Assist with light maintenance tasks and workplace upkeep<\/li>\n<li>Monitor service delivery standards and identify opportunities for improvement<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with facilities, engineering, and workplace operations teams<\/li>\n<li>Track and report workplace service requests and operational data<\/li>\n<li>Build positive relationships with employees, guests, vendors, and service partners<\/li>\n<li>Escalate workplace concerns, operational issues, and potential risks when necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Systems &amp;
