This role blends leadership, client engagement, and strategic planning, including mentoring junior staff, advising students and families, and shaping application strategies. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience in consulting, finance, education, or student-facing roles, along with prior exposure to team leadership.<\/p>\n<p>Position Details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Boston, MA<\/li>\n<li>Work Model: In Office<\/li>\n<li>Degree: Required<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a small team of counselors; developing individualized student strategies across academic, extracurricular, and personal development areas; advising families on the college application process; reviewing and editing application materials; tracking timelines and ensuring project completion; collaborating with internal partners to deliver a strong client experience; and representing the organization at events and external meetings.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, finance, education, or student-focused environments;
