This role blends customer service, administrative coordination, and light accounting responsibilities, including tenant communications, payment processing, and lease management. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience and enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.<\/p>\n<p>Position Details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Brighton, MA<\/li>\n<li>Work Model: In Office<\/li>\n<li>Degree: Not Required<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities include managing tenant applications, screenings, and lease documentation; handling rent collection, account updates, and late notices; responding to resident inquiries via phone and email and escalating issues as needed; maintaining accurate records in property management systems with heavy data entry; coordinating with maintenance and internal teams on service requests and tenant concerns; supporting legal processes such as evictions and application decisions; and maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate possesses 1+ years of customer service, administrative, or entry-level professional experience; strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data entry; solid communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach; comfort working with numbers, billing, or basic accounting tasks;
