This individual will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to document current and future-state processes, gather and define business requirements, create workflow diagrams in Visio, and help ensure solutions meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly proactive and detail-oriented, and have experience supporting software development projects from requirements gathering through testing and implementation.
