Pay:<\/strong> $60-$70\/hr DOE<\/p>\n

Location:<\/strong> 1 day a week, El Segundo, CA<\/p>\n

Position Overview<\/h2>\n

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager<\/strong> to lead and optimize the end-to-end revenue cycle operations for a rapidly growing in-home healthcare and community-based services organization<\/strong>. This contract position<\/strong> will play a critical role in managing claims processing, denials, reimbursement performance, payer relationships, and revenue cycle analytics while leading both domestic and offshore teams<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience within the home healthcare, home care, or home and community-based services (HCBS) industry<\/strong>, along with a proven track record of improving collections, reducing denials, managing payer relationships, and driving operational excellence across geographically dispersed teams.<\/p>\n
