Friday, 8am &#8211; 5pm<\/li>\n<li>Work Model: Contract to hire<\/li>\n<li>Compensation: $26 an hour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3>Workplace Support &amp; Operational Excellence<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary contact for employee and guest questions, concerns, service requests, and workplace-related feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver workplace services in accordance with established service standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular inspections of workplace amenities and support services to ensure service quality, compliance, and consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Gather, analyze, and report relevant workplace data to support business goals and continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to enhance workplace services, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Meet or exceed individual, team, and organizational performance objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Employee &amp; Guest Experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Facilities, Engineering, Projects, and other support functions, to deliver a seamless workplace experience.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to maintain high service standards.<\/li>\n<li>Anticipate employee needs and proactively address concerns before they escalate.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strong relationships with employees and visitors through regular engagement and visible presence throughout the workplace.<\/li>\n<li>Spend time welcoming employees and guests while conducting floor walks to ensure offices, workstations, meeting rooms, mail areas, kitchens, and common spaces are clean, stocked, and fully functional.<\/li>\n<li>Respond promptly to workplace requests and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Recognize potential operational, security, or privacy concerns and escalate issues when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Events &amp; Workplace Coordination<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by embracing new tools, processes, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support for workplace events and meetings to ensure successful execution and a positive attendee experience.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate conference room scheduling, manage booking conflicts, and serve as a resource for training and event spaces.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver administrative support and operational coordination for workplace services.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with additional workplace needs, including light facilities support and office relocation or move activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<h3>Education &amp; Experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>1-3+ years of experience in hospitality, workplace experience, office operations, facilities management, property management, or a related field preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting corporate office environments or commercial real estate operations is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills &amp;
