font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Our client, a global law firm with an office in Washington, DC, is seeking a direct hire Lateral Recruiting Manager to join their busy and continuously growing firm!<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Manage the full lifecycle of lateral attorney recruitment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Identify candidates through active sourcing and manage relationships with agency partners.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Coordinate interviews, assess evaluations, and handle offer negotiations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Collaborates internally with the Director of Legal Recruiting and hiring managers across the firm.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Serve as a hiring resource to attorneys and managers about the due diligence process and preparing them for onboarding and orientation for lateral hires.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">5+ years of relevant law firm\/lateral recruiting experience is required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">A bachelor&#8217;s degree is required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Experience utilizing an ATS and additional souring tools; LawCruit experience preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;
