This permanent opportunity is ideal for an organized, personable communicator looking to gain financial services experience and interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders alike. <\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the life insurance policy process by serving as a point of contact between policyholders and insurance carriers.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with verifying and processing life insurance policy ownership updates.<\/li>\n<li>Review and maintain accurate insured and policyholder information through routine audits and follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with policyholders and insurance carrier representatives to address questions and facilitate requests.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain detailed records and ensure information is updated accurately in company systems.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal team members to support policy administration and client service activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Outgoing, friendly, and helpful with strong interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in written and verbal communication.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing needs.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This <strong>permanent, onsite <\/strong>role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment that values professionalism, collaboration, and career advancement.
