$20-$21\/hr &#8211; DC"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1465851DC-Temp_1783615240\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Our client, a mission driven nonprofit, is seeking a Campaign Customer Service Representative to join their team on a long term temporary basis in Washington, D.C.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the daily operations of a national voter assistance hotline, assisting volunteers with technical, administrative, and resource-related needs<\/li>\n<li>Respond to volunteer inquiries, troubleshoot technology issues, and provide support across hotline systems and platforms<\/li>\n<li>Manage hotline communications, including emails, forms, volunteer updates, and resource materials<\/li>\n<li>Maintain training guides, voting information resources, and internal documentation<\/li>\n<li>Track volunteer participation and assist with data collection, reporting, and post-election activities<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with hotline leadership and state-based contact centers to support election operations and voter assistance efforts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred;
