Beacon Hill has partnered with fortune 500 company in hiring a contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to start immediately. Join a dynamic talent acquisition team and play a key role in helping a leading organization attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple business units. This contract opportunity offers the chance to partner with hiring leaders, manage full-cycle recruiting, and make an immediate impact on the company&#8217;s growth.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional, corporate, and operational positions.<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning initiatives, and position requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Create and post job advertisements across internal and external recruiting platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.<\/li>\n<li>Review resumes and applications to identify top talent and assess candidate qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct phone screens and initial candidate evaluations.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.<\/li>\n<li>Guide candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.<\/li>\n<li>Present qualified candidates and provide hiring managers with candidate summaries and recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain ongoing communication with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and next steps.<\/li>\n<li>Manage offer preparation, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with HR and business leaders to support recruiting initiatives and hiring goals.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress, candidate flow, and market trends.<\/li>\n<li>Support high-volume recruiting projects and hiring initiatives as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience recruiting within a large corporate environment preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Experience recruiting across various functions and levels preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Y2hpYXQuNjc0OTIuMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A1465989CHI_1783655808<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1465989CHI_1783655808\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Chicago, Illinois","_application":"chiat.67492.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[171,172],"job-types":[2,16],"class_list":["post-129007","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temporary-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
