Enjoy the satisfaction of helping families be housed successfully and giving them an opportunity to thrive.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifies, evaluates, and manages capital improvement projects related to building systems, life safety, and regulatory compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Develop scopes of work and project schedules ensuring successful projects are completed on time and within budget.<\/li>\n<li>Oversees life safety and building systems including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, elevators, HVAC systems, emergency communication systems, backflow preventers, and other critical infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates required inspections, testing, certifications, and corrective actions to maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares and administers contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and project correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Manages contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts site inspections and monitors project progress, quality, and contract compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews and approves contractor invoices and payment requests in accordance with completed work.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains project documentation and contract files from project initiation through closeout.<\/li>\n<li>Assists with long-range capital planning, facility assessments, and replacement schedules for major building systems.<\/li>\n<li>Provides project management support for emergency repairs and critical building system failures.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with internal departments to prioritize repairs, compliance activities, and capital improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable Education &amp;
