$35-$38\/hr  &#8211; Mt Vernon, VA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1466022DC-Temp_1783705982\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Our client, a mission driven nonprofit organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Mt Vernon, Virginia,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination<\/li>\n<li>Partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop recruiting strategies and support workforce planning<\/li>\n<li>Recruit for a wide range of corporate, operational, hospitality, retail, and administrative positions<\/li>\n<li>Develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience<\/li>\n<li>Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruiting metrics<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support talent acquisition initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruiting best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience recruiting both professional and frontline operational roles<\/li>\n<li>Strong sourcing, high-volume recruiting, and talent pipeline development experience<\/li>\n<li>ATS experience required; Paycom and\/or Paycor preferred<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of recruiting compliance, employment laws, and hiring best practices<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About The Position: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start Date: ASAP!<\/li>\n<li>$35-$38\/hr<\/li>\n<li>Permanent Salary: $75K-$85K<\/li>\n<li>100% onsite in Mount Vernon, VA <\/li>\n<li>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM &#8211;
