This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to resource for office administration, agent support, and day-to-day problem solving.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is friendly, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable balancing front desk responsibilities, office coordination, and transaction-related administrative support in a fast-paced real estate environment.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Position Details<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time, Contract<br \/> <strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $20 per hour<br \/> <strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM<br \/> <strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Onsite<br \/> <strong>Assignment Length:<\/strong> Approximately 1 month<br \/> <strong>Start Date:<\/strong> After interview<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Front Office &amp; Administrative Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide front desk coverage, greet visitors, and answer incoming calls<\/li>\n<li>Assist agents and office leadership with daily administrative requests<\/li>\n<li>Manage incoming correspondence and general office communications<\/li>\n<li>Support office operations to ensure a professional and welcoming environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Real Estate Transaction Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with pending contracts and transaction-related documentation<\/li>\n<li>Help ensure paperwork is complete and properly routed<\/li>\n<li>Support agents with administrative needs throughout the transaction process<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with accounting and internal teams as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Office Organization &amp; Operations<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize and maintain office supply closets, shared workspaces, and administrative areas<\/li>\n<li>Help restore and maintain organization following recent office renovations<\/li>\n<li>Monitor office inventory and coordinate supply replenishment<\/li>\n<li>Ensure common areas remain organized and functional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Agent &amp; Team Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a resource for agents requiring administrative assistance<\/li>\n<li>Support meeting coordination and office projects as needed<\/li>\n<li>Assist with changing priorities and day-to-day operational needs<\/li>\n<li>Provide responsive, high-touch customer service to internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Systems &amp;
