Hiring<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with department leaders to identify hiring needs<\/li>\n<li>Write compelling job postings that attract top talent<\/li>\n<li>Screen resumes and identify the strongest candidates<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate interviews and assist managers throughout the hiring process<\/li>\n<li>Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings<\/li>\n<li>Help us hire not only for skill, but also for culture fit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Employee Onboarding<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create an exceptional first-day experience<\/li>\n<li>Conduct office tours and introductions<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate welcome lunches<\/li>\n<li>Ensure workstations, technology, and training are ready before day one<\/li>\n<li>Manage onboarding paperwork and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve the onboarding experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Employee Experience &amp; Retention<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month check-ins with new employees<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate Stay Interviews<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate annual performance reviews<\/li>\n<li>Support managers with coaching, accountability, and employee development<\/li>\n<li>Help identify training opportunities and career growth plans<\/li>\n<li>Build programs that improve engagement and retention<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HR Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process payroll accurately and on time<\/li>\n<li>Manage PTO requests, balances, and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Administer benefits and maintain employee records<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices<\/li>\n<li>Handle employee offboarding, exit interviews, and separation documentation<\/li>\n<li>Maintain confidentiality in all employee matters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Culture &amp;
