This is a full-time opportunity supporting attorneys in all phases of complex litigation while working closely with partners and associates on high-profile matters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This position is onsite 3 days per week; however, candidates should expect to be onsite 5 days per week during their first month of employment and during particularly busy trial periods. The salary range for this position is $85k-$110k, commensurate with experience. The firm offers healthcare, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) and profit-sharing plan, a monthly transportation allowance, overtime eligibility, and additional benefits.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in a large law firm environment, along with substantial trial experience and the ability to independently manage complex litigation matters in a fast-paced setting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skills required and Job Duties include the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Job Duties:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organize documents and coordinate document productions in litigation matters<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare, review, and file court documents in federal and state courts<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conduct document searches, legal research, and fact investigations<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obtain records, documents, and certificates from courts and government agencies<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare witness materials, deposition exhibits, and case-related documentation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate depositions and assist with deposition preparation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage trial preparation, trial logistics, and courtroom support<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attend trials and assist attorneys with exhibits, notes, and case materials<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serve as a liaison between attorneys, internal departments, and outside vendors<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate with document production vendors, translation services, and trial graphics providers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist with cite-checking and ensuring accuracy of legal filings and submissions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support the preparation of client-facing and marketing materials as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qualifications:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prior large law firm experience preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Significant trial experience required<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong cite-checking experience required<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proficiency with Relativity, PACER, TextMap, Microsoft Office, and federal and state e-filing systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Familiarity with Bluebook citation standards<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exceptional organizational, administrative, and communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to work overtime as needed and travel for trial support<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and professional maturity<\/span><\/li>\n<li
