This individual will lead experienced professional hiring across the U.S., owning the full recruitment lifecycle while driving scalable, high-quality recruiting processes. The role partners closely with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategy, enhance employer branding, and deliver top-tier talent. This is a highly visible position with significant ownership and impact within a fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong consulting or professional services recruiting experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to operate at a strategic and operational level.
