This role acts as the central coordination hub for the HR team, overseeing end-to-end performance management processes, employee lifecycle initiatives, and compliance efforts across a diverse workforce. The position partners closely with managers and employees to drive evaluation cycles, manage HR inquiries, and ensure accurate execution of time and absence processes. This is a highly visible, hands-on role with strong project management and employee-facing responsibilities.
