This role supports a high-volume recruiting function, with a primary focus on interview scheduling across multiple concurrent searches and levels of seniority. The position works closely with an internal team of recruiters to coordinate logistics, maintain ATS accuracy, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across both East and West Coast schedules. This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy role with strong exposure to recruiting operations and potential long-term growth into broader HR functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced managing complex scheduling while partnering with multiple stakeholders.
