This role partners with leadership and subject matter experts to assess learning needs, design engaging training solutions, and measure program effectiveness. Utilizing the ADDIE instructional design model, the Learning &amp; Development Specialist creates impactful learning experiences for employees across all levels of the organization. Experience with training delivery, curriculum development, and train-the-trainer facilitation is essential.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess organizational training and development needs through collaboration with leaders, managers, and employees.<\/li>\n<li>Design, develop, and implement instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs utilizing the ADDIE methodology (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation).<\/li>\n<li>Create training curricula, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, standard operating procedures, and e-learning content.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate engaging classroom, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions for employees and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver train-the-trainer programs to equip internal trainers and subject matter experts with effective instructional techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Establish learning objectives and success metrics aligned with business goals.<\/li>\n<li>Develop assessments, surveys, and evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness and knowledge retention.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously improve training programs and learning outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain training records, attendance documentation, and compliance-related learning requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Support onboarding initiatives and professional development programs across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Stay current on adult learning principles, instructional design trends, and learning technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.<\/li>\n<li>3-7 years of experience in Learning &amp;
