The ideal candidate is a highly experienced legal support professional with strong litigation knowledge and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing, proofreading, and filing legal documents in both State and Federal courts, including electronic filings.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with discovery, trial preparation, correspondence, binders, and other litigation-related materials.<\/li>\n<li>Managing attorney calendars, contacts, travel arrangements, expense reports, and file maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Opening new matters, coordinating conflict checks, and supporting business development initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Entering attorney time and costs in timekeeping and billing systems.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing, reviewing, and processing client invoices while ensuring compliance with client billing requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Partnering with billing and administrative teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating workflow and communications with attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal departments.<\/li>\n<li>Providing administrative support on complex and deadline-driven projects.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with overflow work and collaborating with the broader legal support team as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience providing administrative support within a law firm or professional services environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong litigation experience required, including substantial knowledge of State and Federal court procedures and filing requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated professionalism, initiative, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An experienced litigation legal assistant who thrives in a busy litigation practice.<\/li>\n<li>Someone who can work independently with minimal supervision while anticipating attorney needs.<\/li>\n<li>A professional who takes ownership of their work and consistently delivers exceptional support and client service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For immediate consideration please submit your resume in Word format.
